Rebel is expecting chocolate pups in late October. They will be leaving us around Christmas.

At Lissatink Labradors, we put a lot of effort into planning, preparing and caring for our litters. We also put a lot of care into matching our "babies"with
appropriate families.

Lissatink Labradors are social, energetic and intelligent. They are not suited to a solitary life  locked in the backyard.
They need to be part of a family.
To make sure we place our puppies in appropriate homes, we ask a lot of questions about prospective families' lifestyles and  expectations.

While you are thinking about whether a labrador is the right dog for you - think about  these facts:

Labradors need both mental and physical stimulation EVERY day. This means at  least one( preferably two )half hour ( minimum)  walks daily.

Bored Labradors can be prone to dig, chew and can be disruptive and even destructive. It's important that the family provide the  mental exercise  (through
obedience/agility/tricks) training that will prevent problem behaviour.

Labradors are strong and energetic. They require daily exercise appropriate to their  age. Remember, sleeping/tired dogs don't  dig holes  or eat shoes
Cute and cuddly puppies grow up to need
training, time and attention.  Don't get a
labrador if you can't devote  time each day
to exercise and training.

Bored dogs and puppies get up to
mischief!
